INJURIES IN KARATE AND IT'S PREVENTION

Most of the injuries arise if you are a kumite player. Some of the common injuries are bone crack, sprain in legs, Hairline crack, Tissues injury , etc For above mentioned injuries it is must to consult a orthopaedic. Other type of injury include knee related arises due to improper body posture in excercise, improper running , practice of karate stance in improper way. Knee related issues you won't get to know soo easily. After few years you will get pain in knee and it will have been damaged badly  that chronic issues would have been internally arised.. Ligament injuries are mostly seen among athletes. People don't even know that they are having ligament tear which results in more damage to ligament. Ligaments tear is of  mainly 3 types - grade 1 , grade 2 , grade 3 . If one is having grade 2 injury then  proper rest , rehabilitation, physiotherapy can be done and it can be healed to some extent for young people. For grade 3 or more damaged one compulsory

Everyone dreams to become a world champion but only few reach at top. Because everyone doesn't know the way to it. They have a mindset that "just hours of KarateTraining " and they will be at top. This mindset is very limited one because to be at top one require much more things. Elaborating about karate it is like deep ocean.  People at bottom just see karate as kata and kumite, it is not their fault , they don't know much because at normal dojo it is not taught. Other then karate training essential things for athletes include DIET, BAND TRAINING, WEIGHT TRAINING, SPEED- AGILITY TRAINING , FLEXIBILITY TRAINING, MUSCLE TRAINING Diet - Other then different training diet plays a major role in athletes life. People ignore it as they don't know its impact. If you are not having proper diet your body will not recover from internal tissue loss. And for strength also you need proper food. By starving you will not get energy required as an athlete
