Essential things for time Management for a SPORTS person

Time management becomes essential when your aims are high and you continously strives for success

Things you should do for time management are:
▪︎List out priorities
▪︎lessen use of social media
▪︎waking up early
▪︎spending less time hangingout

In India , if we are in sports, our time is not just limited to Training,  we have other stuffs like "studying" ,  or "Working" at a professional firm.

All these , make it very difficult to be consist in sports and even it became tough to take out time for practice.

That's why ,it is very essential to "list out priorities" and work accordingly.

Everyday we all have lots of work, and mind start wandering what to do?..... You need to understand that all work can not be completed at a moment.

Understand your " most important" work, "complete that", and then rush towards other work..

Individually everyone has different schedules,  different work,  No expert can guide you perfectly,  Only one can help you , that is "You, Yourself " .

Think on important priorities and prepare schedule accordingly.

If you are unable to find out appropriate time to practice martial art, i would suggest "wake up" early in morning at "4 Am or 5 Am".

Practicing early morning will make your day all good, it is same as "meditation" , because while practicing our mind is "focused" .

Personally i have seen Karate Athletes who are in school, wake up early "practice",  then go to school. That's how they manage to perform well in "karate" as well as "studies".

The one who are working in firm or running karate dojo, needs to understand that "Personal Training and FITNESS comes 1st". Either wake up early and complete your training or make schedule in such a way that in day time you got enough time to "work on Yourself ".

As a SPORTS person or Martial Art coach , You have to be fit.

Still struggling with Time management?

You might not be knowing but social media is like addiction, it drains away your valuable energy,  That's the reason, one should lessen use of it

Social media might be useful to some extent but if you are "Super Ambitious" towards some goal then reducing its usage is best option.

"Nothing is more important then your goal"

Last but not least ,  spend less time "hanging out" , all these seems fun but when you are dedicated to one goal , you have to keep temporarily fun aside.

"It is not enough to be busy...The question is: what are we busy about?"
- Henry David Thoreau

Karate and Mental health

Happy world karate day to all lovely karatekas,  we always try adding values, and today also i want to highlight some important point, read till end before making wrong judgment. Sudden demise of one of the Finest Bollywood Actor and a Great Human being made all  talk about groupism in Bollywood but is that just limited to Bollywood? .....No ! SPORTS, BUSINESS, and many other fields have similar kind of things. When i was beginner i was not knowing that in our karate such things exists,  but then at later stage i got to know that all these things are going on here too. It make difficult for one to survive in such groupism,  i m a content creator, i approach all kind of athletes based on their skills and qualifications,  and this groupism make some people against me, they think we just support particular groups.... but in reality there is nothing like that in our mind, we don't care about any Group,  if one is really good we don't mind learning from him/her....

IS CONSISTENCY IMPORTANT FOR KARATEKAS?

YOU HAVE WON HALF MATCH BY PARTICIPATING. WINNING AND LOOSING ARE DIFFERENT THINGS. IT IS EASY TO JUST SIT AND PASS DOWN COMMENTS. REAL STRUGGLE STARTS ITSELF BEFORE THE MATCH THAT IS PREPARING YOURSELF TO PARTICIPATE.  USUALLY IN SPORTS  "CONSISTENCY" IS MUCH NEEDED.  IF YOU STOP PLAYING AFTER 2-3 LOSS , YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO WIN  WINNING COMES FROM PARTICIPATION.  AT EVERYLOSS YOU WILL GAIN EXPERIENCE,  YOU WILL CAME TO KNOW ABT YOUR FLAWS. EVERYDAY WE ALL GO THROUGH DIFFERENT DIFFERENT STUFF'S, ESPECIALLY FOR INDIANS BECAUSE, HERE, WE HAVE TO STUDY, GO TO COLLEGE /SCHOOL, OR IF YOU ARE GRADUATE - YOU WOULD BE WORKING PROBABLY,  LIFE IS NOT JUST LIMITED TO KARATE. ALL THESE DIFFERENT DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES PLAY CRUCIAL ROLE IN BREAKING OUR CONSISTENTLY,  WE AIN'T BE ABLE TO GIVE 100% TO OUR SPORTS,  THAT MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT  TO  BE SELF MOTIVATED ,  SOMETIMES CONSISTENTLY IS BROKEN ...
