HOW TO MAKE KARATE AS A CAREER?

Following steps you should keep in mind if As a young nerd if you want to make karate as career:

▪︎Running Normal karate Dojo with lots of students will not make you rich
▪︎Start doing something different
▪︎Don't stop playing
▪︎keep your Aim high
▪︎Make Yourself a brand

▪︎ Running Normal karate dojo

This is the 1st mistake lots of Young Karate Nerd do, where they go wrong is thinking in a wrong way, opening a karate class and getting students seems soo easy for some , but the whole system is not well established , you will not become rich by just normally running karate dojo with lots of students
And this is your biggest mistake if you start focusing on money , If your whole motto is just money then there are lots of option for business.

History proves that teachers are always respected a lot but most of them are struggling with "living", because they are not getting paid for their knowledge.
Same karate as a career means You are choosing teaching field as career.

How could  you get paid for your skills?

"Quality over Quantity " - This quote is very well useful if you want to make money.

If you are 'teaching',  don't rush in getting soo much students,  focus on making champions, focus on producing National and International winner's.

If you have good records , people will not mind paying you whatever amount you asked.

I have seen lots of coaches, who are getting much sum because their students are playing World championships

▪︎ Don't stop playing

If your age is below 30, you should not stop participating in karate leagues.

Some people belongs to middle class family that's why they are compelled to start earning at early age, but as Young karate nerd Along earning you should grow as Athletes.

Time management would be difficult for you, Nothing comes easy.

▪︎ Aiming high

Don't settle for anything less, Always aim for betterment,  for getting more productive Work.

Doing same work everyday for years will not give you success and money also.

" Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will not die, but long after we are gone be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistence " - Daniel Burnham

▪︎ Valuing Yourself

Don't expect people to value you , to admire your work , if you Yourself is not valuing your own self and own work

▪︎ Make yourself a brand

Yess, you heard it right ! If you create yourself as a brand then you don't have to argue with people for students,  they will pay you any amount for training.

How you can do it ?

As a athlete by becoming world champion you can do this, and as now karate is in Olympics,  people have started valuing it more.

"Lesson not just karate only. Lesson for whole life. Whole life have a balance. Everything be better." - Mr. Miyagi

"Karate is not a game. It is not a sport. It is not even a system of self-defense. Karate is half physical exercise and half spiritual. The karateist who has given the necessary years of exercise and meditation is a tranquil person. He is unafraid. He can even be calm in a burning building"
- Mas Oyama

Essential things for time Management for a SPORTS person

Time management becomes essential when your aims are high and you continously strives for success Things you should do for time management are: ▪︎List out priorities ▪︎lessen use of social media ▪︎waking up early ▪︎spending less time hangingout In India , if we are in sports, our time is not just limited to Training,  we have other stuffs like "studying" ,  or "Working" at a professional firm. All these , make it very difficult to be consist in sports and even it became tough to take out time for practice. That's why ,it is very essential to "list out priorities" and work accordingly. Everyday we all have lots of work, and mind start wandering what to do?..... You need to understand that all work can not be completed at a moment. Understand your " most important" work, "complete that", and then rush towards other work.. Individually everyone has different schedules,  different work,  No expert can guide you...

Karate and Mental health

Happy world karate day to all lovely karatekas,  we always try adding values, and today also i want to highlight some important point, read till end before making wrong judgment. Sudden demise of one of the Finest Bollywood Actor and a Great Human being made all  talk about groupism in Bollywood but is that just limited to Bollywood? .....No ! SPORTS, BUSINESS, and many other fields have similar kind of things. When i was beginner i was not knowing that in our karate such things exists,  but then at later stage i got to know that all these things are going on here too. It make difficult for one to survive in such groupism,  i m a content creator, i approach all kind of athletes based on their skills and qualifications,  and this groupism make some people against me, they think we just support particular groups.... but in reality there is nothing like that in our mind, we don't care about any Group,  if one is really good we don't mind learning from him/her....
