KARATE NERD EXPERIENCE DAY 3

26th March 2019

Woke up  by 5am, as the plan was to visit nandi hills. And hopefully we were on time. I was confused that we should visit that place or not as local south people didn’t find that place worth going , but I had seen the pictures and it was fabulous.

By 7:30am , we were on the top of nandi hills. The place was serene, beautiful with awesome weather, cool breeze and no mobile network, north Indians definitely loves this kind of place. There also we  took few shots for karate nerd in Bangalore series. I can say this place is great for a photography. I have my some of the best photographs there.
Day was all good. On the way back, same hell lot of traffic. We were almost delayed by 1 hour due to traffic.
For getting sports drink, on the way all around we searched for pharmacy. But hardly found few and that too they don’t had sports drink nor even ORS.
In Ahmedabad everything is just easily accessible, with traffic hardly last for 10 mins max to max, with good vegetarian restaurant, with good pharmacies around  and good people. Anyone will help in guiding city if u are unknown.
But Bangalore is just opposite.

Again due to traffic our training got delayed by half n hour.

Around 11:30 AM, we reached the dojo. We had agility training that day. That type of training we had never done before. It was quite difficult to match energy and speed with other players as they were pro in all these training.
Around 1 we had finished the training and then had lunch at same restaurant.

we had evening training too that day. By 7:30 PM we have to be at dojo so that day not to take any risk we left hotel at 6pm . Searched for uber but any cab near by was not available, tried searching in meru cab but no cab were available. We were getting late, it has been almost 6:30 PM mind was getting frustrated. We went on the road to search of transport we found few autowalas too but they behaved like the area we want to go didn’t even exist. There has been a under bridge road if we go few km and no right turn was there to cross the road , so we walked the road and crossed the grill by jumping ,my karate pant also got dirtied with stains in this effort. Time was passing and no transportation vehicle  was available, how  could be that possible in such a big city. We walked more the 2km but did not got any transportation vehicle available. Then after walking some more distance at 6:55 pm thank god we got the auto.
Then by another vehicle we went to new dojo along with all others.
That day we had an awesome kata session from Vignesh Raj. He is national gold medalist and represented India in karate 1 league .
Many tips had been given for kata improvement by him.

We had training till 9:40 PM  then by 10:10 PM we were at same local restaurant. Had some delicious Manchurian. And hopefully found the cab so by 11 PM we were at hotel
The same comfort which was there in my city was not there in Bangalore but that’s life we don’t get what we want

Essential things for time Management for a SPORTS person

Time management becomes essential when your aims are high and you continously strives for success Things you should do for time management are: ▪︎List out priorities ▪︎lessen use of social media ▪︎waking up early ▪︎spending less time hangingout In India , if we are in sports, our time is not just limited to Training,  we have other stuffs like "studying" ,  or "Working" at a professional firm. All these , make it very difficult to be consist in sports and even it became tough to take out time for practice. That's why ,it is very essential to "list out priorities" and work accordingly. Everyday we all have lots of work, and mind start wandering what to do?..... You need to understand that all work can not be completed at a moment. Understand your " most important" work, "complete that", and then rush towards other work.. Individually everyone has different schedules,  different work,  No expert can guide you...

Karate and Mental health

Happy world karate day to all lovely karatekas,  we always try adding values, and today also i want to highlight some important point, read till end before making wrong judgment. Sudden demise of one of the Finest Bollywood Actor and a Great Human being made all  talk about groupism in Bollywood but is that just limited to Bollywood? .....No ! SPORTS, BUSINESS, and many other fields have similar kind of things. When i was beginner i was not knowing that in our karate such things exists,  but then at later stage i got to know that all these things are going on here too. It make difficult for one to survive in such groupism,  i m a content creator, i approach all kind of athletes based on their skills and qualifications,  and this groupism make some people against me, they think we just support particular groups.... but in reality there is nothing like that in our mind, we don't care about any Group,  if one is really good we don't mind learning from him/her....

HOW TO MAKE KARATE AS A CAREER?

Following steps you should keep in mind if As a young nerd if you want to make karate as career: ▪︎Running Normal karate Dojo with lots of students will not make you rich ▪︎Start doing something different ▪︎Don't stop playing ▪︎keep your Aim high ▪︎Make Yourself a brand ▪︎ Running Normal karate dojo This is the 1st mistake lots of Young Karate Nerd do, where they go wrong is thinking in a wrong way, opening a karate class and getting students seems soo easy for some , but the whole system is not well established , you will not become rich by just normally running karate dojo with lots of students And this is your biggest mistake if you start focusing on money , If your whole motto is just money then there are lots of option for business. History proves that teachers are always respected a lot but most of them are struggling with "living", because they are not getting paid for their knowledge. Same karate as a career means You are choosing teaching field ...
