PROPER WAY OF PRACTICING KARATE

Is there any way proper to practice karate?
Yes it do exist.

Proper way differ from person to person.

There is proper way of doing everything. Without that way, it is just like hitting continuously a stick on your head and then hoping that it will make you strong.

Some people just go to dojo, do some warm up and start practicing kihon, Kata or kumite, and follow this routine everyday.

Their is nothing wrong in above schedule but a proper way has to be followed if you want to develop more in karate and to prevent injuries.

1st and foremost think which should be prioritized while practice is that "proper stretches should be done along with warm-up before and after karate practice"
If you don't do that your body's Tissue are definitely going to tear up, many problems will arise and for months you may get  bed rest.
and If you are doing excess stretches too beyond your capacity your muscle may tear up which  may results in months of bed rest. That's why you should not run of doing things at once.

2nd thing taken care should be proper rest. Be it gyming , karate , band training or any other physical activity each thing require rest .

Your body needs time to recover loss due to arduous workout.

If you are thinking that by doing 3-4 hours of karate training everyday, you will become world champion you might be wrong because without proper training guidance you are not going to progress and on other hand due to excess training beyond limit your tissues would be Damaged giving you bed rest for couple of days

Above all are basic things which should be taken care while practicing.

Sudden demise of one of the Finest Bollywood Actor and a Great Human being made all  talk about groupism in Bollywood but is that just limited to Bollywood? .....No ! SPORTS, BUSINESS, and many other fields have similar kind of things. When i was beginner i was not knowing that in our karate such things exists,  but then at later stage i got to know that all these things are going on here too. It make difficult for one to survive in such groupism,  i m a content creator, i approach all kind of athletes based on their skills and qualifications,  and this groupism make some people against me, they think we just support particular groups.... but in reality there is nothing like that in our mind, we don't care about any Group,  if one is really good we don't mind learning from him/her....
